When I first brought this product with me, even when wired, the headphones didn't work properly and kept disconnecting for between 10 minutes and 10 seconds. Thankfully, with a manufacturer's warranty, Sony's customer service was pretty quick to respond and sent me new ones. Now with the new headphones I can say they are pretty good, the sound quality is very good, they are comfortable, they have a nice range of settings and features and a nice case. But I still maintain that there are slight connection problems from time to time. I think it may be partly due to my Bluetooth but I would argue that a PC specific driver could do a bit of work. This device is designed to work with your phone and I have found that my phone connects better than my PC, especially since the software and settings are controlled through the app. Perhaps future updates will fix some of these issues.
