This is a nice rain poncho that will protect you well from a fairly heavy downpour. The clear plastic next to the hood is useful for peripheral vision when walking in traffic. It has no sleeves but Velcro slits that allow hands to easily pass through. By simply pulling back your arms/hands, the Velcro fastener closes automatically. One thing it can use is a fabric loop for hanging on a hook, but it can just be hung on a hanger to dry after use. The bright color with reflective strips calms me down, especially on evening walks. For those traveling in a pandemic, this is a good thing, inexpensive and convenient.
