This would be a cute bag if it wasn't damaged and of course they don't offer it for the price I paid or with first class shipping. The bag looked brand new but upon closer inspection it was covered in this white crust. parts. I literally don't know what it could be. I tried to erase them but I had to erase them with my fingernail. Rough. Also, the shoulder strap was wrinkled and snagged, which is odd for a "new" bag. I want a replacement but since they don't have it in mainstream shipping I don't want to wait weeks for it. I'm hesitant to keep this because I need it this weekend. So annoying.
