Installed on a 1999 Ford F350. The thicker of the two sets was about the same as the one I pulled from the cockpit canopy, but the rear hole that the bolt goes through wasn't punched so I had to use the old one as a template to mark the hole and to punch . Also, it was a bit big so I had to trim it down maybe 1/8 inch. It probably took me 10 minutes to change them with scissors and a drill (no, it wasn't a clean hole). but it worked for what I needed). Not an absolute deal breaker as the foam appears to be of good quality. The product was installed when I replaced the cabin light lenses due to water leaks. The product was installed about 3 months ago and didn't lose a drop during Hurricane Nicholas (category 1), but I would still look around a bit. It's not terrible
