Very comfortable, not uncomfortable baggy, just a little small
daughter just started wearing 4T clothes. Ordered a size 4-6x and it fits her perfectly so I would say it definitely runs small. There is no baggy anywhere and there are no complaints when riding. The sleeves are very narrow but stretchy. Beautiful deep black color, survived two washes. Very moderate seat coverage. I would buy again.
