They last longer and I think are stronger. I live in a 2 room apartment and one of them is connected to my living room. Whenever I walk in I smell it and I love how fresh and clean my apartment smells. I have it in the "Light" version and it has been working for about 2 months since I never turned it off. I don't feel it in my whole apartment, but I can feel it in the kitchen and living room. I used to put one in my room and bathroom but I find them too bulky considering they are small so I don't recommend them in those places. It's definitely better in a hallway or an open space like a living room.
