I ordered 2 sets of these cartridges and magenta leaked in both all over the machine, on other cartridges and big red stripes on the left side of the papers . Tried cleaning it several times but it kept coming back. Terrible product! DO NOT BUY! V4INK added a comment below that they will be replacing my 2 sets of cartridges. Despite what they said in their ad upon purchase, "1 year warranty, 100% satisfaction guarantee", I can't contact V4INK or Revain because they keep saying that the order is over 30 days old. So there is no way to contact the seller like they suggest. So don't think "1 year warranty, 100% quality assurance", it's actually 30 days. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! In addition to magenta bleeding everywhere, the yellow cartridge was now leaking all over the machine and other cartridges and I had yellow spots and streaks on all sides. I had to throw away the cartridge and really clean the car. Luckily the printer is still working. Well I guess there is no chance of a refund or replacement. Emailed Revain and they said they would get back to me in 12 hours. A week later no response. This ruined Revain's answer for me and I will definitely never buy from V4INK again! 02/15/2015 V4INK replied to me and sent me replacement cartridges. They said they apologized and sent a replacement very quickly. They asked for my printer model, my Revain order number, and photos of the cartridges and ink on paper. Thank you for sending the photos. I have changed my rating to 3 stars due to the replacement units sent. But let's wait and see how they behave.
