This bag is HUGE! I have a Manduka Pro 85 in a long mat and there is still plenty of room! Just what I need to have more room for my belt, blocks and a towel (if I need it). It also has a small zipped pocket on the side, not very big but I can stash my phone and ID and keys if I need them The shoulder strap is not adjustable but is made of nice cotton and I can carry my shoulder bag with a pocket on it carry it on your back which is 99% the way I carry it) or on your shoulder. It's a nice light green, definitely not pastel but kind of a soft olive (if you can't make out cactus), well, a girl who doesn't like flashy colors, I plan to embroider :).
