I love this toner! The entire Isntree HA range (in blue packaging) is fantastic! If you can't afford their HA serum (about $30 for 1.7 oz), this is a great substitute! This tonic has a thicker gel-like consistency. Due to the consistency, I'm not allowed to use a cotton pad, just put a little in my hands and spread it on my face. Always make sure your skin is damp/slightly damp before applying any HA product and make sure to apply an occlusive moisturizer after use.
