Revain shipped the wrong weight. (Not seller's fault) I had disassembled everything on the car before realizing it. Replacement sent and received a few days later. This is my second purchase of this item for driver side ballast replacement. I first bought and installed it in August of this year and it's been working great ever since. I'm not sure if this will fix the problem, but everything I've read says that in most cases when the headlight goes out, it's ballast. I would also like to mention that I inspected the entire headlight assembly and found no leaks and never saw any moisture inside the lens. I will update as soon as I have the new part. ****UPDATE**** I installed a new ballast today and swapped it with the still working passenger side to see if the problem is with the driver side. The seller "GenXenon" contacted me and was very helpful. They replaced the faulty ballast under warranty and provided very helpful information about my car and some common issues.
