handbag/backpack is very nice but I've had it for 27 days and the top strap broke. The second major downside is the smell. It smelled like that horrible factory smell. I put dryer sheets in and it took 3 weeks for the smell not to take over my card when I carried my purse anywhere. I was willing to work to get rid of the smell but since it's falling apart I'll have to shelve it. Thank goodness it happened now and not 2 or 3 days later because I couldn't have returned it (30 days). I liked the pockets on the outside edges. They were perfect for my phone on one side and keys on the other. sad to be back
