UPDATED RATING: Having posted my first 1 star review (see original review below) I am updating it to 4 stars simply because of the excellent and prompt customer service. The seller contacted me as I only had a month before the return deadline when one of my cables completely failed and gave me a full refund, no refund needed. I hope I just got a bad batch. Amazing customer service! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought this two months ago and have used it a lot since then. I found that despite changing wall adapters and outlets, one of the cables charges very slowly, even slower than the standard USB-A Lightning cable I have. (USB-c should charge much faster.) But it still charges, so I'm still using it. Today, another cable that is also commonly used simply no longer works. Changed wall adapters twice and sockets 3 times (and various combinations of these) and it still doesn't work. Will pretend to charge and then immediately "shut down". And it's not my machine either. I've tried a few different devices, same thing - doesn't work. (And both devices charge decently with the standard USB-A cables mentioned above.) As an aside, these are my spare cables at home, meaning they've never been moved, never folded or put in a pocket, never pulled or subjected to violence . definitely. Cable with no visible damage. Waste of money as the return window closed last month.
