I ordered this duvet as a light summer option when sheets alone weren't enough. In this respect he is excellent. The weight is perfect and the fabric is very very soft. But I'm not happy with the size or quality. Even the largest size is more like a roomy comforter and doesn't extend across the top of my bed (I knew it wouldn't drape like in the photo). I could deal with sizing issues but one wash completely ruined the look of this comforter. I did the most delicate gentle cycle with the agitator removed, and everything turned out to be jerky (see photo). If there were one or two of these I would easily slide them in and put them in place but there are hundreds of them. For that reason I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants a comforter that can be seen over a bed or draped over a chair, or who needs to wash it frequently.
