Review on Stens 180 120 Link Tire Chain by Shane Jenkins

I ordered this along with hundreds of dollars of other items to winterize my tractor lawn mower. After placing an order at 2am, I quickly realized that I couldn't winterize my mower the next morning because they had stopped making blades. I canceled everything that morning and no one had a problem except these guys. They told me it's too late and already shipped (I don't know anyone who works 2am to 8am) and I'd better sell it myself and try to make some money because they charge me 30% restock plus shipping, if i try return. Revain told them to refund it because (after they ship it) I will refuse to accept the product. They said Amazon too bad and I still have to pay. A few weeks later (shipping again long after I canceled it) Amazon filed an az guarantee and got all the money back. This was the most misunderstood company I have ever dealt with and I'm sure I would have used their services for my lawnmower upgrade if they hadn't been so ridiculous with their customer service. ONLY BUY DIRECTLY FROM AMAZON!
