Switched to Macbook Air M1 this year for everyday driving. The only downside is that Apple loves the buttons and I hate them like the rest of us. This docking station allowed me to connect mouse/keyboard, monitor, hard drive, flash drive, audio and power in one cable. I can run a string down the back of the table and hide everything. The HDMI output supports 4k and HDR. No hard drive slowdown compared to a standard USB-C port. Ethernet also comes in really handy when I want to transfer files or stream data. Great product, much cheaper than name brand devices for great quality. I will update in 6 months to see how it held up.
