This hat won me over. He arrived on time. The box it arrived in was about 3 inches tall so the hat was squashed. It opened well, but still had a few creases. In the next 24 hours he straightened up and looks perfect! (Note, I saw a little guide later that said you can use a blow dryer to soften the fabric and change its shape.) But seriously, she made it herself! Like magic! Do not exaggerate. It looked very nice, if I may say so. And a big bonus, it has a small elastic thread on the inside of the hat to tighten it to make it fit more snugly on our head if needed. I have a small head and thin hair so hats are always a bit big so this was an AMAZING feature that I wasn't even expecting. I absolutely recommend this hat. I bought it in white and it goes really well with the black and white dress. Hooray!
