Excellent tripod. Some inaccurate reviews

Yes, it's a really good tripod. Very durable. I don't understand why people complain about the weight. With a small fluid head mounted in the included tripod bag, the total weight is 7.5 pounds. I see old women walking through the hills with 5-10 pounds of bottled water every day. What are you complaining about? My god, a little practice never hurts. I just received my tripod and it had a nylon pouch inside. Many reviews have claimed that the bag is only big enough to fill a tripod and nothing else. It is not true. It fits a tripod and attached posable head with an additional 4 to 5 inches of room for a much larger head or other items. I don't want to, so I unscrew the two swivel knobs first. The height is also higher than expected. With the center stick fully extended, my Canon G40 camcorder's eye level is about 6 feet! That's right. I'm 6'5" tall and taller than my head. This is great for select sporting events when your tripod is behind others. Since mine is almost 2ft taller than most tripods, the setup doesn't get in the way behind other tripods. My only one Complaint is that there is no pocket hoof at the bottom of the B-pillar to hang your camera bag, the reason for this is that the center post has been removed, can be split in two and reinserted upside down for very low camera angles. I still wish he had a catch. I can shape it. That's right. I'm 6'5" tall and taller than my head. This is great for select sporting events when your tripod is behind others.
