Review on Mason Jar Foaming Soap Dispenser - Stainless Steel Lid/BPA Free Foam Pump - Waterproof Chalkboard Labels - Farmhouse Bathroom Decor, Refillable & Eco-Friendly - Brushed Nickel (2 Pack) by Patrick Ordonez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Really great although there is quite a bit of plastic in it

Works great, lathers great. I was surprised that Ms. Meyer's soap lathers rather mediocre, while Dr. Bronner *absolutely luxurious* and lathers for less. Considering you only have to fill it up with 1 part soap and 5 parts water, I have a feeling that in two years I won't need to buy hand soap again. It's great value for money and I love that they have extra dispensers (although the straw fell out of one of mine as soon as I picked it up and ended up in the garbage chute where I couldn't get it). I liked that most of the packaging was easily recyclable/biodegradable (cardboard and twine). My only downside is that I didn't realize the dosing pump was going to be plastic; I thought some of the internal parts were plastic, but little did I know that the external pump you press on would also be plastic. Ideally, I would like to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Nothing
