Effective for my regressive baby sleep!
My 2.5 year old was in the fifth week of sleep regression. I have a weighted banker that I love so I wanted to try this out for her. It was great for her! She sleeps through the night and falls asleep a little quicker. I was desperate when I bought this. It was a great purchase. It's very soft and big! Not just any blanket she's about to grow. would recommend. You can wash the cover and easily put the weighted insert back on.
