I liked it very much. before. for extension cords and overvoltage protection

OK. I loved it today when I received it. The cable was definitely long enough and very thick and strong. The block was attractive and well made. I liked the green light for protection and the normal light for power. Now the cons (for me), although they may not be cons for others. The power plug was barely tilted so nothing else could use the outlet. Then there was a turning point for me, and I know it's probably partly my fault. I read everything before buying anything, but nothing aroused suspicion. I am a nurse, not a handyman or an electrician. I went to connect my lamp and 2 other things neither of which fit. I thought these items were 2-prong, but they go well with another $13 3-prong unit that I also received today. I've always succeeded. I went back and re-read the info and saw that there was a mention of grounded outlets and I admit I didn't know what that meant. Most of the things I need to plug in aren't three-pin, and while the USB ports are fine, I don't leave them to charge my phone and desktop fan. Apparently it should have worked. Back to finding another device that would fit my needs and had the security features that this one had! Very disappointed!
