It's easy for our team, it can be used even by non-technical people (we are not technical at all). The reporting system helps us keep track of who has attended what meetings in order from most recent until past events or future ones as needed! We have been using this software since 2014 when we started working with Zocalo but I don't think there were any issues back then either so that would mean they've made some improvements over time? Maybe more features added like custom fields etc.? Just make sure you know how your data will look/be organized before implementing anything new into their platform because once implemented those changes cannot easily change if need arises later down stream - otherwise great product though!!
