This is a good product. It has air pressure around the foot/no ankle and massages the sole of the foot. The new heating function allows you to heat the whole body, bottom or instep. You can choose between 3 kneading intensity levels and 3 air intensity levels, either together or separately. I have poor circulation so it's nice to only have air pressure when that pain flares up. But I also suffer from neuropathy and need a deeper massage. This device offers many options depending on my needs/desires. I am giving a detailed review because I need a massager for my health condition and we also just want to have a good family massage. This is the 5th massager and we are leaving it. If you're trying to decide between this RENPHO and the one with a bad healing rooster, try to help. We brought back the healing faucet and we're leaving it at that. The Heal Knocker is very good, but has a very intense isolated arc knot that causes pain. Not just deep poke. I know some people who like it, but for us it was too isolated and painful. This renpho is more wave driven compared to the tap while the other is a more repetitive vault and wheel toes with a heel counter. We hope that Renpho will make this model with a low crotch and air compression at the ankle like the tapping model. It only has compression on the heel. We also sent the minor back as soon as we found him. Miko is deep from arch to toe, but this variation works the full foot and we prefer it.
