Review on Authentic Italian-Made 925 Sterling Silver Saint Benedict Charm Pendant - 20mm Diameter by Jennifer Rogers

Good things first: good size, thickness and shine. I particularly like the thickness of the strap (small loop at the top). This should prevent it from breaking and possibly losing the medal. That's why I bought the medal. And now for the bad: The medal has a horizontal notch at 4-5 o'clock. It's really noticeable from the front and less so from the back (see my 5 photos uploaded - it's more noticeable in person). I carried it around the house once, put it away and only noticed traces later. I visited Revain today to request a replacement, but my Revain window closed yesterday so I'm guessing it's too late. If the seller would replace it for me I would be very happy. I really wanted to give this medal 5 stars!
