Montova is a great EDI solution for the healthcare industry. The service is timely and the quality is great. I wish the company was more transparent and open. The billing department gets a little nervous when I share with them that I am using Montova. I don't think that is the right environment for the healthcare industry. The communication is really great and the service is on point. I wish the Montova team more transparent and open. They can really improve their team and the service. EDI is a great communication and the service is great. I like how easy it was to get up & running with this software- their support team were extremely helpful in getting me started, answering questions quickly via email or phone calls when needed - very friendly! We've reduced our time spent doing data entry from two weeks per month down to one week (per invoice) now which has helped us save so much money over previous manual processes we had been using before implementing these services.
