I wasn't expecting much at this price point but two of the four screws broke or jammed trying to assemble the rear end. The instructions suggest using power tools "for prolonged use", but I'm sure they might snap if they were able to break when tightened by hand. Also, the "frame" is not made of alloy steel as stated in the description. The lift and the seat base are made of steel. Base, legs, arms and back are made of plastic. There may be a thin, solid bar at the base or back, but it doesn't look like it. I've received a few items from Revain lately that I would describe as "poor quality" and I've let them all go as I prefer fast shipping over quality. But I'm sending this chair back.
