At first it seemed like a great product, but now the button that changes the color of the moon stopped working after a few months. I called Revain who got me to message a third party and the message was answered to try and top them up. I fully charge it before use so this is not a problem. They said I needed to go back to Revain for a replacement but no information on who to contact or the ability to write to the company. Initially Revain said I have to go through Galexo as this is out of the 30 day return policy and is now under their guarantee so I don't understand why Galaxi is saying I have to go back through Revain other than to make it more confusing and maybe wait for me. until the warranty period ends soon. I wish I had just bought another moon to look at. Let's hope this gets sorted out before the 90-day warranty period expires.
