Perfect replacement
The old laptop cable has seen better days so I decided to buy a replacement. Works great with my laptop. As a bonus, it also works great with my wife's laptop! My laptop was smaller and much older than their model, but we had the same power cords - when I used them, my laptop charged with no problem. But on the contrary, her laptop was not charged at all. I am happy to report that this laptop cable no longer causes this problem.
