Review on Vestil SW Manual Handheld Stretch Wrapper by Jose Strong
Good, but not great
Works well enough once you get the hang of it. I think it's better than not having a pen at all. The problem we had was that the handle would either tighten and bind the reel, or the handle would loosen and loosen. It can be frustrating, but it got the job done. Maybe we just need more practice.
