I bought this in the hope that a miracle cream would help get rid of age spots. Since this was unrealistic and I have tried much more expensive products that also failed, I would advise you not to buy this product for a miracle spot remover but if you want your skin to feel smooth and look fresh and young. I've been using it for a few months now and haven't noticed any significant lightening of blemishes BUT I LOVE the way it works on my skin. This is a great moisturizer but light enough to use twice a day with no problem. The smell is imperceptible to the smell sensitive and I love the size of the container. They can't beat the price for the quality of the ingredients and I will be trying more of their products based on that.
