Poor quality cleaning tools

I had to give it one star but it actually has zero stars. I didn't like everything about this product. It's made of cheap plastic. The lithium battery was charged more than 24 hours and did not work. Some parts arrived broken. They sent the product back and asked for a refund. Don't wait for delivery time or money.
