Received this Thursday evening and it broke Tuesday morning. The entire neck of the bottle broke and shattered into pieces when I twisted the cap to open the bottle. He wasn't hit, he didn't hit anything. I loved it for the three days I used it. UPDATE: Sellers responded immediately (after midnight!) offering an apology and a replacement. The replacement came within two days. Very accommodating and responsible seller. Now I have a nice new tea glass. It's elegant. The tea basket is easy to insert, remove and wash. I bring it to work with tea, rinse and add frozen fruit. Then I open the top of the brew basket to enjoy ice water all day. I like the ease of switching from one to the other. The glass is easy to clean without tea residue. I like that I can see the contents of the bottle. This replaces the plastic tea infuser I've been using for about 9 months. I switched to glass because I often can't clean the cup right away. The tea terribly soiled the plastic and spoiled the effect of the clear bottle. Glass is ideal for this purpose. I love the look of this tea glass. I love glass despite its fragility. It makes me slow down and enjoy. . .
