Necessary connection between air tank and pressure hose
I bought this gauge set specifically for adding nitrogen to my car tires. For this purpose it is ideal. It has a very heavy construction with a protective disc for two sensors and, as its characteristics show, is designed for heavy work. This requires an adapter from CGA 580 to CGA 350 between it and the tank. Then there is a 1/4" hole that accepts a standard air hose fitting. I use a green hose between it and the air cartridge to inflate a car tire. I highly recommend this beautiful and functional pressure gauge set.
