Vinyl is great, packaging is terrible.
I love vinyl and usually prefer Cricut for my projects. My only problem was how it got to me. Some of the vinyl was damaged in the packaging which was a shame. I also ordered a separate color and my order got mixed up and they sent 2 rolls of transfer tape. That would be my only complaint! Otherwise I love vinyl!
