Excellent technical support, Surface Pro with 3 external monitors

Technical support was excellent. Immediate email replies while trying to decide if the plug-in dock would do what I wanted and which version of the model to buy. I had a small problem after purchase which was my fault and the same day I received an email response from tech support. I only use 1920x1028 resolution on Surface Pro 3 (also works fine on my SP4 and SP6). But Surface Pro and 3 external displays work fine. I mainly maintain an electronic health record (EPIC via Citrix VPN) and also look at PDFs and tutorial videos and mostly surf the internet. External screens are Full HD TVs connected via HDMI. Using a TV because at 32 inches they are cheaper than dedicated monitors and decent quality for what I do. I have a more expensive high-resolution monitor on my SP6 for more demanding video needs. I also use the ethernet port on the pluggable as there is no ethernet in SP3 Using multiple external USB hard drives intermittently with no issues overall I've had great performance with a relatively inexpensive external hub. I also use the ethernet port on the plugable since SP3 doesn't have ethernet. Temporarily problem-free use of several external USB hard drives. Overall, I had great performance with a relatively inexpensive external hub. I also use the ethernet port on the plugable since SP3 doesn't have ethernet.
