The team at iRex has been very helpful in our efforts to understand how we can better serve customers through their products, as well as providing training for us so that they are able to help others with similar needs! They have also helped me develop my skills by having some great mentors who were willing share knowledge about new technologies (such as Angular) before it was more widely used or even known outside certain circles within tech companies.
Their customer service could be improved - especially when working remotely since there's no way you know if someone will respond quickly without being physically present. It would improve communication between teams internally too. We're using them primarily because of their expertise around building web applications but other areas such as mobile apps might become important down the road depending upon what projects come up next.
