I think it's too dry!

This is what I was looking for I thought! This palette comes without a brush or powder puff. I used my fingers to contour the face some, but found it was dry and didn't blend well. I don't have dry skin and used a moisturizer before use. I was a bit disappointed! With Covid circling around again I won't be going out much but I will be again. Tried several times. If I really like it, I'll get back to you with an update
