I liked the price but it was too soft. I used it once and put it in the closet to return later. Unfortunately I missed the return deadline and will probably spend whatever I saved buying extra foam or filler at a fabric store to stuff it. Whatever material was used to fill the roller, it was either too light or not enough. It offered almost no support. More of a soft pillow than the firm pillows I have in my yoga studio. This will make a good body pillow, but if you're looking for solid stretching support, keep looking. This is not a very good buy.
