This was my first lash purchase so I'm new. That being said, I found eyeliner dries FOREVER. I put it on and let it dry for over an hour, plus tried to encourage blow drying but still not completely dry. I didn't apply that much so I don't quite understand why it doesn't dry well. It's also very sticky when not dry. My lower eyelid was seriously stuck to the top of my eye when I opened my eyes, which was very annoying. This gluing took several hours. In addition, it was very difficult to remove this material. I tried different things, makeup remover, cleanser, coconut oil but almost nothing worked. One try and you're done. Not happy at all. I don't like the eyeliner brush either, I personally find it difficult to apply. I prefer a liquid pen for application.
