My husband bought these headphones and almost immediately the charging port broke and wouldn't charge. We contacted the company for a replacement or repair as they were barely 30 days old and they declined to replace. They have arranged for us to send them, at OUR EXPENSES, the item to be repaired and a receipt for it to be returned to us after repairs have been made. Now I wanted to give you F* but for a pair of $49.99 headphones that barely used up the $15 we sent back and then reimbursed us for shipping again, it still was better than paying another $50 for another brand of headphones. but don't repeat the same mistake. They're not meant to be charged and feel flimsy and cheap. Comfort is okay, he said, but he would never buy them again, even if they didn't have problems right away. Save money or buy another set.
