I was very happy with the improvement of the Sio eye patches, so I tried these too. I see a lasting improvement with the patch on my forehead, but not as much as with the patches under my eyes (perhaps because the skin under my eyes is a bit softer). I plan to continue using it and will likely purchase another forehead patch in the future. I definitely recommend rinsing well with warm water before applying. I've noticed that it doesn't stick properly unless it's completely dry, but I've been able to reuse it about 10 times.
