I bought this camera for a friend and was surprised that it came with everything it needs to get started including all CDs, printed manual, all cables and the battery charger and battery with my purchase (not with another purchase of the same camera). The seller even included an SD card! I've been using this version of the camera for over 10 years to photograph my artwork, edit photos (using Photoshop Elements) and upload my images to my website. Since everyone has been buying smartphones, the development of smaller compact cameras has stalled. It's a great camera that lets you control the size of your image, has image stabilization and a lot of other great features beyond a phone. I also love nature photography and this camera really does the job. It is compact and easy to carry.
