I was very excited when I found these earrings. They were supposed to replace a pair I had years ago but my roommate managed to knock over the sink. They're the perfect size for putting on and holding on even while you sleep, and the clasp style means the pointed end never touches your skull. So I was excited. Until they arrived. The first red flag was that there was no delivery note and no return label. Just a box with a barcode in a slightly crumpled padded envelope. When I first looked at the earrings, it was clear that one of them was bent. But always hoping, I put it in my ear anyway. It soon turned out that it would not fasten in any way. I kept removing it, trying to bend it, putting it back in my ear and so on and so on until my piercing was so swollen I couldn't get it out. So I slept on it, tried again in the morning with a still swollen rag, gave up and jumped in the shower. Where the earring fell out almost immediately and was washed down the drain. Well, they're beautiful and the perfect size, but cheaply made.
