I like that vortex has different types of campaigns for different niches to increase reach across social media platforms. Their customer service team are amazing! They will take care of you as soon as they realize your account needs attention or if there's an issue at hand for them to assist with immediately. It can be difficult sometimes being new but their support staff does everything possible to make sure things run smoothly when needed. The only thing i dislike about vortex is its expensive compared to other ad agencies out here, it should have more packages so people who do not want ads everywhere won't feel pressured into buying one where they don't need too much help from their brand manager. Our business was getting lost online due to google algorithm changes (which we were paying alot monthly).
