I like how easy it was for me as an administrator of this application to see all my users' activity in one place which helps with productivity when dealing with clients or co workers who may not be available 24/7 via call center phone lines. It's definitely better than using emails since we have immediate access to what our team members are doing at any given time. Sometimes there can also sometimes lag between actions being performed but only if they occur during peak hours such us weekends etc. so far no issues encountered nor disliked about its use by customers yet! Make sure you do your research thoroughly before deciding whether or not it would suit your business needs best because although some people might say otherwise; it really doesn't cost much once fully functional (at least compared to other applications)and therefore will most likely provide benefits even after initial purchase price paid out has been spent and usage.
