I bought this case because the manufacturer says it supports wireless charging. It really isn't. The back is not only plastic, but felt insert + plastic body + thin fiberboard lining + leather back AND + double-folded synthetic leather for cards. I tried to modify it and cut out all the layers (except the outermost faux leather) on the back where the "MagSafe" charging area is on the back of the phone. This also didn't work very well and I tested it on at least 4 different wireless chargers. I used a different case on my old phone which had no issues with card holding and still charged wirelessly without issue. I had high hopes for this one too, but it didn't happen. So I'm deducting a star for the lack of wireless charging. This case is perfect in every other way. The card holder holds CPL cards, it works great with button placement etc. I LOVE being able to attach a strap, I don't use a full shoulder strap but I do have a wrist strap and I can attach it to my key lanyard when I need it have no bags. I deducted another star for the shape of the map valve. I don't want to advertise that I carry cards or money in a phone case. The asymmetrical shape of the valve shows that my card is there and I don't want it. If it was shaped to completely cover the card I would be much happier, or if it had 2 latches to open the card flap so it covers the entire back of the phone I would also like it better. I've had a ton of issues with my iPhone mini and honestly only went back to my old 8plus for a few months while dealing with Apple "fixing" the phone... so can't comment on the durability too much just yet comment well. All in all, if they could fix the overly thick rear wireless charging and completely close the card cover, this would be my favorite phone case of all time!
