So, I got myself a DoGeek sports bra to try out for my daily yoga, gym workouts, and occasional runs. At first, I was impressed with how comfortable it is - no irritation, no tightness, no awkward fitting. It was like a second skin! But then, I tried running in it. Little did I know that my "occasional" runs would make me feel like I was jumping on a trampoline. The bra didn't provide enough support for my girls, and I ended up bouncing more than I was running. It was a letdown. But hey, at least it's still perfect for my yoga and gym sessions! Overall, I'd give this product 3 stars. It's comfortable for low-impact activities, but it's not the best for high-intensity workouts. It's definitely not for running, but if you need a sports bra for yoga or light training, go ahead and give it a go!
