I didn't expect the stainless steel to shine so brightly, I just needed a new frame. The frame is identical to the Fitbit frame that came with the watch, black rubber inserts on the sides, different from what is shown in the cover photo. Now the holes are damn small! It took me a whole hour to fit these damn strips in because they have to line up perfectly. Some were lucky and either had deeper sockets or got in on the first try. I had no traction issues when my frame and Fitbit fell out like others. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone but cost wise if you really want to save money on another frame I'd say go for it, there's no harm in returning it anyway.
