I have suffered from migraines for over 10 years of my life. The kind that paralyzes you. I'm always looking for products that will help me feel good during difficult times. I'm seeking professional medical help, but as you know, migraines don't stop with medication. So sometimes you have to do what you have to do to feel as comfortable as possible and ride the wave. One thing that helps me is a cool compress on my forehead and around my eyes, but traditional ice packs are too cold and cumbersome, and I've found I have to constantly adjust to get relief where I need it . So I wanted to try that. I used to have eye masks but they broke because they were cheap. Not this one. It has a great headband with Velcro so it can be adjusted to fit most heads. Opening the eyes does not block or impair vision at all. perfect size Fits my face exactly where I like it. Didn't try it hot. It says you can use the microwave if you prefer the feeling of warmth. Again, being cool is what I wanted and it definitely fits for that. I think the price is reasonable for the quality of the product and the design. There are different colors. Pink is my jam so I was happy. I would recommend trying this.
