The gearbox is cheaply made: air conditioning

Already replaced in November 2019, already defective in February. The entire gearbox is broken. When I came in today to pull this 'new' one out, I had to use pliers to pull the gear out. Poorly made. I bought it from someone else and also bought a warranty on it. I feel like nobody is doing this part well.
