Terrible sound quality!

I had a pair of JLab wireless headphones that lasted for several years until the rubber button that connects to my phone fell off. I ordered this pair thinking it would be more durable. You are terrible. It feels like listening to music through a tin can. There's no background noise between songs, but once the song starts playing there's a lot of static, like the radio station is out of range. Revain randomly deletes accounts for returning items, so I'll probably just throw them away.
